I want abs…I just want to see my abs! I can’t even begin to tell you how many times I hear this statement. Unfortunately, abs are made in the kitchen and not in the gym. You could do crunches all day everyday and unless your diet is on track you will never see that lovely, oh so desired, six pack. So then what is one to do?
1. Get your diet in order, eat small 5 to 6 small meals every 2 to 3 hours.
2. Get on the cardio. You need to burn more calories than you take in.
3. Drink more water.
4. Keep working out and don’t give up!
