Today I did back-changed it up a bit and aced the deadlifts. Today here is what I did:
reverse grip pull-downs
Straight sets 4 at 120 lbs 12 reps
seated rows
straight sets 3 at 90lbs 12 reps
One-arm DB rows
40 llbs-12 reps
65lbs-6 reps
70lbs-4 reps
80lbs-4 reps
pull-ups
bodyweight-11 reps
25lb weight-2 sets 4 reps
hyper-extensions
25lb weight-3 sets 15 reps
Need to improve my grip-I am helpless without straps-been working on that and hope to have them out of my life for good-LOL
