So again its been a while since I got under heavy weight on bench. This was not my best day, but hey, they all can’t be great days in the gym. Sometimes, just getting there and getting it done has to be good enough. Here is what my chest day consisted of-
Bench
50 lbs-12 reps
135 lbs-10 reps
185 lbs-4 reps (did this twice)
135lbs-10 reps
Incline DB press
40 lbs-12 reps (4 straight sets)
Superset of cable cross overs and push-ups-3 rounds
cable cross over weight 50 lbs 15 reps
push-ups (15,12,10)
Result=sore as hell!
