Mom Strong is a 12 Week online training challenge geared towards developing strength, aesthetics and overall wellness. Groups capped at 15 women only and NO you don’t have to be a mom to participate.
Training will be done in a closed group format on Facebook with individual adjustments as needed. Must have access to a gym or adequate home gym with DB, barbells and squat rack.
- Individualized Nutrition planning via RP (Renaissance Periodization)
- Training routine 4x/week with 2 cardio sessions
- Ability to post and get fast feedback via Facebook and support from the other women in the group.
***At the end of the 12 week program the person with the most dramatic transformation, determined by group vote, gets a prize package tbd by sponsors for that month.
