Online programming tailored to your specific goals!
Get weekly programming for your workouts with your personal goals in mind — from anywhere. At the beginning of the week I send your programming, and at week’s end I review your video, questions, weight logs, etc. and we adjust together as we go. The more involved you are, the better the programming – and the more dramatic your results.
The base price is $200/month USD for full programming, email support and text support. Pay by the month or save and sign up for 3 or 6 months at a time. For existing clients who are continuing, you can make a payment here. (New clients, please use the intake form first.)
*I do not program for Crossfit or Olympic lifts. Also, a nutritional plan is separate and I send inquires to Renaissance Periodization for those interested.
**Online programming is not for everyone. If you are new to weight training and feel like you need help, I highly suggest finding a coach near you for in-person training.
