Tuesdays training 2-12-13
Yet again another squat day…my nemesis! I hate that I question my depth and doubt myself. At this point I’m deciding if I should widen my stance and drop the bar lower on my back since I have time before my next planned comp in July. I’ve always squatted high bar so maybe a change is in order to see more progress….decisions decisions
